MHC provides executive coaching services & management consulting to clients who want to be developed. MHC offers a customized service which can enhance the strengths of individuals so they perform in an optimal way. She facilitates the implementation of personal, team, and/or organizational growth. An engagement with MHC will assure executive coaching services are congruent with clients’ needs and goals. Coaching may include assessments, leadership development exercises, one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, selected readings, customized 360-degree feedback, and a personal and/or professional development plan.
