The goal in coaching is to help individuals gain greater self and other (people) awareness to increase effectiveness. Mary believes coaching is a collaborative process and, strongly, that the client drives the agenda.

Mary’s approach promotes the psychology of optimism. She works with people to clarify the kind of behavior, self-awareness, and motivation that leads to optimal performance in professional and personal lives. With a Ph. D. in multi-cultural counseling, she offers unique insight into the development of human potential and learning that serves as a catalyst for change. And with 25 years of leadership experience in the business world, she adds a unique understanding of professional responsibility to her base of expertise.
